National Native American Heritage Day
This National #NativeAmericanHeritageDay we recognize the significance of the land where we live, work, and play. Maui County is located on the ancestral territory of the Native Hawaiian people. Today, across the country — indigenous knowledge, traditions, language, and culture of Native Americans, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and Island communities is celebrated and honored.
