On Thursday, Feb. 6, former Kamehameha High School standout Kawehi Ili’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, won 16-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Adams State Grizzlies.
The game took place at Maner Park. This was their first matchup against the Grizzlies this season.
The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. at Maner Park against Chadron State Eagles.
