On Friday, March 7, former Kamehameha High School standout Kawehi Ili’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the St. Edward’s Hilltoppers.
The game took place at Diane Daniels Field. This was their second matchup against the Hilltoppers this season.
The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12:05 p.m. at The Park at St. Mary’s against St. Mary’s Rattlers.
