On Friday, Feb. 7, former Kamehameha High School standout Kawehi Ili’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons.
The game took place at Maner Park. This was their first matchup against the Falcons this season.
The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at Maner Park against Adams State Grizzlies.
