On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Kamehameha High School standout Kawehi Ili’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Union Bulldogs.
The game took place at Gulf Shores Sportsplex. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. at Gulf Shores Sportsplex against Valdosta State Blazers.
