On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Henry Perrine Baldwin High School standout Lauren Otsubo’s current college team, the Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State East Bay Pioneers.
The game took place at OC Great Park. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.
The Vulcans’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 6 at 3:40 p.m. at Sand Island Park against Lewis Flyers.
