NOTICE: Trash pickups rescheduled in Kahului and Kihei

Due to personnel shortage, curbside trash collections in areas of Kahului and Kihei have been rescheduled for pickup to Wednesday, Nov. 16, the County of Maui Department of Environmental Management announced. Trash was not collected today in the affected areas.

Affected residents in Kahului include those living on Alehela Place, Alehela Street, Kahoolawe Street, Kamehameha Avenue, South Kamehameha Avenue, West Kamehameha Avenue, Kane Street, Kaulana Street, Kaulawahine Street, Laau Street, South Lanai Street, West Lanai Street, Moali Street, Molokai Akau Street, Molokai Hema Street, Molokini Street, Niihau Street and South Oahu Street.

Affected residents in Kihei include those living on Akeu Place, Kauhaa Street, Kawailani Circle, Laumaewa Loop, Laumakani Loop, Luakaha Circle, Noolu Street, Wawali Street, Polale Street and Waihili Place.
