On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Henry Perrine Baldwin High School standout Baba Varner Jr.’s current college team, the Central Washington Wildcats, lost 14-10 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Idaho Coyotes.
The game took place at Wolfe Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Coyotes this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 5 p.m. at Fiscalini Field against Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
